Ohio Fidelity Title Agency, Inc. is a full service title agency providing residential and commercial escrow and title services in all 88 Ohio counties. Centrally located in Summit County Ohio, it can accommodate all types of real estate transfers and bank refinance transactions.Attorney and owner David Kennedy has had nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate, lending and title industries. He has been in the private practice of law at the same location in Norton Ohio since 1989. Much of his practice has focused on the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Prior to that, he worked for 10 years in the banking industry as a loan officer and branch manager. In the early 1990’s David opened and managed a branch office for Midland Commerce Group. In 1998, he started Ohio Fidelity Title Agency, Inc.
Mr. Kennedy received his bachelor's degree in business management and economics from Miami University in 1978 and his Law Degree from the University of Akron in 1986. Sarah Woods joined the agency in 2007 as Vice President and Manager with over 10 years of title and escrow experience. She was born and raised in the Norton area and graduated from Norton High School in 1996. She and husband Bret now reside in Barberton. While not hard at work, Sarah enjoys biking, playing volleyball and clogging. She also volunteers with the Joni & Friends Disability Ministry at The Chapel in Green, where she has been a member since 2004.
Amy Zarkovacki joined our team as the Director of Sales and Marketing in February 2009. Amy was born and raised in a small WV town called Ripley. Since graduating from West Virginia University she has worked in Commercial Real Estate Lending and helped her employers grow their business nationwide. She recently moved to Akron with her husband, Mike and her son, Christian. When Amy is not working, she enjoys fitness activities, spending time with family, and cooking.
Karen McNeill joined our team as Marketing Liaison in July of 2007. Karen has many years of experience in sales and public service. She was born and raised in Portage Lakes and currently resides in Green. She is the mother of two children, one of whom is currently serving in the United States Army. During her spare time, Karen serves as a youth minister, speaks publicly on pro-life and teen chastity topics for Right To Life of Greater Akron and serves the poor through the non-profit organization Springtime of Hope, for which she is Director of Volunteers and Fund Raising.
